Our Story

Arcario didn't start with a theory about the enterprise. It started with the experience of running one. Our team has held leadership roles across many industries, building enterprise operating models from the ground up. We've been accountable for outcomes, often sitting in boardrooms where leaders expect clear answers.

That history taught us the same lesson in every industry: the names of the systems change, but the problem doesn't. Enterprises have more tools, more data, more intelligence than ever, but still no way to coordinate themselves as one connected system.

We didn't read about that gap. We lived it.

We learned the hard way that becoming AI-native was never the tech - it's the operating model around it.

So that's what we build. Arcario helps enterprises become AI-native by orchestrating people, processes, data, and technology into one unified operating model we call the Connected Enterprise. This means your people can focus on what matters: better decisions, stronger customer experiences, and technology that drives real business value.

We're our own first customer. We run on the same methods and patterns we bring to clients - adapted to our reality, as they'd be adapted to yours. AI is the leverage, not the pitch.

CEO & Founder

Konstantin, Founder & CEO of Arcario Group, has spent 20+ years building and governing enterprise technology at scale. At Chevron, he led the SAFe-powered Cloud Readiness & Digital Enablement program. He then founded Vincerion, a portfolio-optimization and financial-transformation firm acquired by Cprime, a Goldman Sachs company, in 2023, where he served as VP of Enterprise Technology. He founded Arcario Group to put that experience to work, helping enterprises become AI-native through the Connected Enterprise, a unified operating model that brings together people, processes, data, and technology to drive outcomes that matter.
