The Self-Driving Organization: One Connected Operating Model for Humans and Agents
AI is raising the tempo of decisions faster than the operating model can keep up. Now that agents are doing real work, most enterprises cannot cost or govern a workforce that is suddenly part human and part machine.
This session introduces a way to run the enterprise as one connected operating model, with a new idea at its center: treat AI as a unit of labor, tie its cost to the outcome it produces, and confront the trap that efficiency is not value.
